Trains, journey time and changes
Compare direct and connecting results for your travel date. Depending on the timetable, itineraries may use different corridors through central or southern Austria. Do not assume a particular route, interchange or journey time from the city pair alone.
Departure: Salzburg
Salzburg Hbf has onward city and regional transport. The old town is a separate walk or bus ride away. Leave a buffer between arrival and timed attractions, concerts or onward buses.
Arrival: Graz
Graz Hbf connects to the city tram and bus network. The old town and many university buildings are outside the station area. Check the best local stop for your accommodation or meeting point.
Tickets, fares and reservations
There is no single fixed fare for this route. Prices depend on the departure, operator, class, passenger ages and ticket conditions. Compare the current offer for your date; discounted advance fares can be tied to a specific train and may have limited exchange or refund options.
